I like it very much, bring it on Sega, day one buy for me.

I like 2.5D Rpgs like Valkyrie Profile series and Im loving the artstyle, music and characters of this game.

Ahh, I swear I've heard those voice actors before..

Other then that I the combat system looks hawt, even though I don't like action RPGs/games.

The game is releasing some cyberpunk influnces to me so far also.

Tri-Ace just keep on getting better and better, Ive loved all their current gen offerings. I dont think this will be any different.

At first it reminded me vaguely of Final Fantasy VIII & IX, but the more the video went on the more I felt a different, unique feeling from it. It looks like it's shaping up to be a pretty unique RPG.

you seriously need to check out some handheld rpgs dude

stuff like 4 warriors of light, stmt strange journey, valkyria chronicles 2, dragon quest 9,infinite space and 7th dragon would be right up your alley quirky, imaginitive stuff from talented people

Man I've had a good feeling about this every since I saw the debut trailer. First day buy for me:)

Tri_ace seemes to be on a good changing tune every since Star Ocean TLH released. I enjoyed the new VP for DS as well (Jp Version) as well. (I also got a VP feel from it with the town)

Combat looks up to par and crazy as well in typical Tri-Ace fashion. It seems like they have a little bit more creativity then when they were developing for S-E as well.

This (RoF: Sega), White Knight Chronicles (Level -5), and Final Fantasy XIII (Square-Enix)will definitly be making up my RPG Lineup fornext year :D (2010)

graphics are ok, but it just looks like a generic midgar inspired city and it's the saame barren town we see in every rpg + tri ace has been full of fail this genhy4k

Midgar wasn't generic. In 1997 it was probably the only city like it in a JRPG. And there have been very few if any followers. Just because a game is popular doesn't mean it's mechanics were generic.

Plus, it doesn't look like Midgar.
