yikes... i mean some ok games on there, just predictable. Nobody has any balls to be different in this industry.

And that is why I don't go to that site. They are welcome to their preferences, but there are far too few genres on that list to comprise the best games of the last decade.

The absence of both Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn and Planescape: Torment makes this list awful.

I don't agree, but I enjoyed most of those games, good choices.

every game on that list is great, and a lot of them will be played for many, many years to come by fairly broad audiences (as far as games over six months old go).

So... let's see according to system wars:

Gamespot lost all credibility after the jeff gerstmann debacle

Gametrailers lost all credibility after a 360/PS3 comparison video where they showed PS3 footage of a game instead of te 360 footage claiming that the 360 version looked better

IGN lost all credibility after stating that the 360's better then the N64, PS1 and PS3

Now eurogamer looses all credibility because of their top 10 videogames ever ok....do we have ANY websites left?

Pretty sure Planescape came out in December of 99 which would squeak it in under the limit.

personally I think calling the 360 better than the N64 and PS1 is far worse than any of the other ones you mentioned. :P
