Yeah I wouldnt say instantly regretted it..I was a kid at the time and I had a gameboy advanced.. I dont even remember how on earth I played games on those because I looked at it again recently and its freaking impossible to see ANYTHING. Yeah other gameboys didnt have a backlight either but they had alot less going on the screen and the graphic detail made things about 20 times harder to see. I also didnt really get any good games for it which is why I regretted it after a while.. I realize it was just bad choice on my part but most of the stuff I had sucked hard and the games for the time were really expensive so I stopped buying them
OH yeah actually I change my answer PSP. Not one worthwhile game on that whole system imo. The gba had tons of great games I just was a stupid kid and didnt know enough about games to know what they were at the time. But Ive searched and searched for atleast ONE psp game that I really really like and so far they all range from terrible to just ok.
Yeah. X-box. It only had two games. Halo and Halo 2. I sold it in a few months.jman1553- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (also on PC, but I'm not sure if you're just referring to the main three gaming platforms or not. Regardless, this game is fantastic) - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords - Halo: Combat Evolved - Halo 2 - Fable - Jade Empire - Sid Meier's Pirates (Also on PC) - The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay (Again, also on PC) - Ninja Gaiden - Ninja Gaiden Black - Project Gotham Racing - Project Gotham Racing 2 - Forza Motorsport - Panzer Dragoon Orta - The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge - Doom 3 (PC too) - Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath - Moto GP - Moto GP 2 - Far Cry Instincts - Unreal Championship - Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict - Jet Set Radio Future - Dead or Alive 3 - Deus Ex: Invisible War - Steel Battalion (Yes, the $200 mech game for Xbox) - Amped - Amped 2 - Otogi: Myth of Demons - Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors - Shenmue II - Outrun 2 there were a few more titles than halo and halo 2
My psp a little because I didn't really need to be buying another system, didn't last long though thanks to psone classics and crisis core :P.
PS3 at first, but then a whole bunch of awesome exclusives came out a few months later and I was happy.
To begin with, the PS3!! - Reistance, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk and Folklore were great games - but it cost 400 quid, I mean...really...
These days I don't regret it for a second - the price made it future proof, no periphals, add ons or subscriptions = no additional cost down the line. A quality library that nicely compliments my PC. Turned into one of the greatest consoles I've ever had.
The Nes, Snes, Amiga, N64 and PS2 were all satisfying right off the bat as far as I can remember 8).
Not instantly regretted but i regret getting a ds lite should have gotten another psp(my first one broke :() instead the games for it are more appealing to me then the ds.
Nope...when I buy something that costs over $100 I think it over for a while before actually buying it.

Wow, with the exception of jet set...not a single game on that list interests me.

and that's certainly your opinion. however, to say that the xbox had two games, halo and halo 2, is erroneous.[QUOTE="goblaa"][QUOTE="clone01"] - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (also on PC, but I'm not sure if you're just referring to the main three gaming platforms or not. Most think mario, metroid, and zedla are the only games on the wii...No different.
I was pissed when I bought the Gameboy Advance and it didn't have any backlight. Ugghh.. Then I bought the GBA SP version. So I regretted getting the GBA. Thank God I never bought the Color or the original DS. I also regret getting the Genesis 32X attachment. I should have listened to my cousin on that one. Only bought like 7 games for it and then it went belly-up. Same thing with the SEGA CD. I feel bad for anyone who bought a Virtual Boy, Atari Jaguar or N-Gage system. Worse piece of junk ever created.I bought a Gameboy Advance at launch. The screen in the first models was total junk.
