TC, you are confusing preference for bias. And there is a significant difference between the two. Yes, everybody has their preference. Be that in platforms, genres, developers, etc... But specifically just with the system they want to play on, just because someone wants to play on one more preferentially over the others DOES NOT MAKE IT A BIAS. The choice might be driven by any number of factors, from familiarity (have always played with ++++ system, so like to keep to that comfort zone), to budget, to which system has the games they have always played and want to keep on playing (Zelda series, FF series, Halo series...), to system features. But that doesn't mean they will hate on the ones they didn't buy or play on.
So what makes the players viewpoint a bias? When their resonining is completely irrational. When it's not enough that they make their purchasing choice, they even have to attack the other system for no more reason that it's "the other brand". When they have to exert a skewed outlook that has no bearing on reality, like "That platform has NO good games (no such thing on any of the platforms)", or "This console is better because of the brand name (you gotta come up with a better reason than that)", or "all games on that system suck, because they're on that one and not mine".
I game on my 360, I love it's library and to me it offers everything I like, the controller, the graphics, the robust online service. But I can still say that God of War, Uncharted, Ratchet, Metroid Prime 3, Twilight Princess, and SMG are really good games.
