The storyline? I forget the intricacies, but it was all tied up quite nicely. Everything was explained, that had been brought up in the previous games.

Yes, INFAMOUS' evil karma story is better than MGS4.

You dont have to play through 3 games from 2 previous gens to "get it". It's simple, but at the same time has amazing twists and turns. A lot of "ohhhhh now I understand" moments.

Anyone who disagrees, SHOW ME ONE GAME WITH A BETTER STORY THIS GEN.

I doubt it can measure up to Mass Effect, Half life 2, Bioshock etc.... but I do want to play it! Your sig makes me want to spend$400 on a PS3 though. Those are some tight exclusives. I wish they'd freakin drop the damn price already!

Your missing the point there, your saiyng story is bad because its a sequel, and its bad because of the long cutscenes, so your not really comparing the story but the rithm and the pace ..

becasue storywise, (im stil awating for my copy of infamous xD) but theres no way it beats kojimas mind lol

but if you say its that good, than im even more exicted to play the game, even if it just scrtaches mgs (imo), cause i give a lot fo importance to the story

EvenwithMGS4 story not being as good as MGS2,3 and 1. I doubt Infamous has a better story. Heck I don't believe Infamous touches the Witcher, Mass Effect, BioShock, Half Life 2 EP.2 and Heavenly Sword in terms of story.

does anyone else not really like this game? I bought it and was really dissapointed. Its just not that fun really, all you do is get sniped from rooftops by the greatest shooters in human history

I just got The Price mission and I'm pretty damn annoyed with Sucker Punch now. They were doing so well until this.

I'm not going to mention any specfic spoilers, but apparently choosing to save the person you love rather than six strangers is designated as an evil act because it's "selfish." I admit that throughout the game, I was predominantly evil, but for the sake of character consistency, I chose Trish over the doctors (even though she's a total *****). This was apparently a big nono because Sucker Punch believes that people should sacrifice their happiness for some sort of "greater good."

The way I see it, coercing people to believe that they should subordinate their loved ones and things you care about for extraneous elements and strangers simply for the sake of being "selfless" is the true evil.

Seriously. What the bloody ****? From now on, my view of the game will be tainted. My principles are offended.

Other than that, the story's been pretty good, but damn.

I liked the demo but I wasnt blown away,story seemed like a typical vigilante story..doubt the whole game will change my mind either..but who knows,we'll see when I buy it *shrugs*
