AFAIK Gaikai is a streaming service encompassing the "everything will be a 2nd screen" route for ph/ablets, PSVITA net RP outside the range of local wifi and B/C of some PS3 games on several Playstation certified devices (includes PSV/PS4).

So from what I understood we got to pay for the games we already own again  in order to play them, and by playing them, I mean streaming them which means an always online connection is required, right?

WTH?!! this is why ppl raged on MS in the first place, this idea is so stupid and a rip off at best, how are they advertising the PS4 as an offline machine and rubbing it on MS face when gaikai is as stupid as MS old policies !!

I hope I didn't misunderstand the whole thing.

omho88

the problem is not making people rebuy shyt, people can rebuy shyt if they want,  the problem is streaming gaming just does not work.

(well technically it works it just works half assed)

the infrastructure of the internet is no different now than when onlive was trying to make it work.

onlive had piles of updates and improvements and guess what, it still didn't work.

now sony is going to come along and make it work? sony? is going to make something online work? really? sony????

lulz, quit making me laugh.
