The only thing the 360 could beat the PS3 at is a "who can stop working the fastest" competition. 360's got PS3 beat by miles if thats the case. But in terms of games, graphics, online, everything, ps3 >> 360

I wonder if the people that come up with these claims actually played any of the games they list as "teh bestz". Resistance is average and listing it as a pro for the PS3 should probably be avoided.

Its not a new definition. Saying something is "Console exclusive" is a completely valid term - The only reason it catches fire is because its fanboy fodder here on System wars. In the real world, where people reason - Console exclusive exists. Just as Sony Exclusive, MSFT exclusive, Nintendo exclusive. These are valid terms, doesn't matter on what merit they are being used.(Which most likely is used as fanboy ammo on SW)

AS an owner of both systems i can say this. PS3 is the FAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR better MACHINE than the xbox. It has a much higher value buck for buck.

• dual shock 3 is wireless, six axis, and buit in charger which lasts almsot a week from a full charge plus it has a convenient usb cable to recharge it again.
• A hard drive built in and is replacable with any laptop hard drive
• much better looking design
• better XMB
• internet browser
• better media support
• built in WIFI (xbox costs 100$)
• much better external design than xbox
• DOESNT RROD once an year on average

With all that, the only reason the xbox is the better system to own is at this point it has the best games. Until ps3 builds a better library, xbox is the choice for gamers. U can spout all the BS u want about its games being on pc all u want but in the end it does what a true gaming console is supposed to do. Pump out the awesme games.

The 360 suits my needs personally, i also prefer its lineup of games. The ps3 does have a great set of features for a pretty good price though. If i was buying either today i would possibly lean towards the ps3 maybe. Then again the 360 is cheaper ao idunno. The ideal situation is to own both i guess

The Xbox 360 contoller is a better controller for actual gaming, especially FPS games. And sixaxis is worthless.
• A hard drive built in and is replacable with any laptop hard drive. This is a plus for the PS3 however the reason it is this way is because of mandatory installs that FORCE gamers to up their harddrives as opposed to Xbox 360 which is optional.
