A game taking place in chicago is pretty intriguing if the Bethesda(or even obsidian) goes with idea of a rogue Brotherhood of Steel. New York setting is meh though.

TC you mentioned "first major title". Wait the xbone doesn't have any major titles yet? I thought the Master Flop Collection which scored a 6.0 was the first major title? Or the lemmings graphics king Ryse which got an impressive 4.0 review.

Anyway about fallout, so this isn't even a rumor and lems are getting excited? I guess if I was a lemming I would hope that Fallout would not come out on PS4 also to avoid the embarrassment of 1080P vs 900P.

Seeing as I'm using windows 8.1 at the moment then yes I probably will, Windows 10 surely can't be any worse and I'll get it free for a year as well.

I put win 8.1 on a couple of months ago to try it out after being given a copy and can't be bothered getting rid of it. With a bit of fine tuning I don't need to go anywhere near Metro anymore. Credit where it's due though, it's rock solid and everything runs fine, so either my PC building skills are awesome or windows 8.1 is actually good once you get away from the awful touch screen U.I. I'm not entirely sure which it is to be honest ;).

So the Xbone gets a multiplat and still doesn't have a major title. Move along.

I miss last gen when XBox had enough coming its way that XBoys didn't have to start hyping delusions to feel included. Now it's a never ending cycle of secret sauce, peppered by prayers to buy away a multiplat. Poor things.
