Fallout 4 oops

MS giveth and they taketh away...here is the message they just sent me lol

"Our pricing error on Fallout 4 has been fixed and your free download will no longer work. For the inconvenience we will deposit $10 by the end of June in your Microsoft Account. This expires one year from the time it was deposited."

I was only able to try it for a lil bit last night....now I might have to actually buy it because I was intrigued, PC version of course :P

It's cool that they still gave you $10.

Well at least I still have it for ps4...not gonna play it again until GOTY edition is released on PC.

@xantufrog: not necessarily poorly at the start, but it looks choppy with no implementation of motion blur at all. This on top of being an ugly game in general.

@Blabadon: I'm surprised. I know the Far Harbor is a disaster for whatever reason on PS4 but the base game has been generally pretty smooth and attractive (for FO4). I wouldn't think it would be much different on X1

Only reason Microsoft paid ten bucks to those who've gotten it, is because Fallout 4 is actually that bad of a game, that you could sue someone over it.

So, hush hush money to pay for the damage done, even if you've played it a little.

I dowloaded far harbor but I deleted it, I can still install it though but I won't so I won't corrupt my saves when they revoked the licence, I'm still going to buy far harbor when I need to do, but i spend way too much time with the minute men so I still got a lot of stuff to do

I don't know what xboxone version they are playing but mine runs butter smooth, the only frameratedips I'm getting is when I'm overwatching the map from a helicopter or a very high tower.

pc version doesn't look all that much better either. It's a difference when you play at 4k but my tv only supports only 1080p.

@asylumni: can't complain about a bug giving me a free game, then getting it fixed and still get 10 dollars for their mistake. In my mind, I got a few achievements plus 10 dollars for just clicking around.

@princessgomez92: yeah it is, don't know why so many on here are bashing the game. Probably the same type who only play multiplayer shooters and not rpgs... although fallout 4 is not much of an rpg it is a great rpg-fps mix.
