Well at least this guy finds the game to be a survival horror.:P

P.S. FEAR 2, Street Fighter 4, Killzone 2, Resident Evil 5 all within the next month in a half!!!! Must feel good to be a ps3 owner, I wouldn't know because my experience with my sold ps3 was crap.:(

P.P.S. That might change if Killzone 2 scores AAA, and Patcher's $299 ps3 prediction comes true.

FEAR was all about playing the same battle over and over again for 12 hours..

Same enemies, same gameplay.. same everything.. Just use bullettime and go out of the corner and shoot, when bulletime is over you just corner camp for a moment and you go slaughter those inferior beings once again....

It was so ridicousley repetitive.

The mech combat is optional, they said on a Eurogamer preview. It's basically just throwing a bone to the player, after some intense sequences you can use a mech to let off some steam. But you can also go on foot.

It's not survival horror but it certainly is a horror game. Which is more than i can say for other titles that claim to be survival horror.
