Fary Cry 2's Dunia Engine build, far better than the one used in Far Cry 3 or 4, better day/night system with a more drawn out day, better designed environments, grass and foliage that reacts to weather and influences like fire and explosives. Downside the game has crap plot, barely any worthwhile side activities, bad AI design, but boasts some of the best environment effects in the series.

Kinda reminds me Dust An Elysian Tale, a gorgeous hand-painted world made by one guy.

Dust: An Elysian Tale is a very nice-looking game. It was apparently influenced by Muramasa, so that's why the two games have a similar visual look.
