True that man, true that. And you know what's the worst part about FPS Map DLC? It seperates the online community. Those people with the money money to waste on 3 maps buy the maps and end up playing mostly on those maps, as if in subconscious attempt to justify their purchase. So now you have split the online community into 2 groups. The haves and the have-nots. Since, apparently, about 50% of people who buy FPSes have money to throw away and buy Map-packs, you find that it's harder to find a game if you don't have a map pack; That's why as soon as a map pack is released, I lose most interest in a game and play it sparingly.

I think devs need to find a new way to give people map-packs for free, thus keeping the community together, while at the same time making money. For instance, why not sell ad space on games? I wouldn't mind getting Map packs for free and in exchange during every load screen I see an ad for some product. And whenever they change advertisers they could just release a 1MB patch that changes the load screen. Invasive? yes. But it's less invasive than robbing me of $10.

I highly doubt there will be DLC content for the west that will be unavailable to Japan. If there's DLC it will be on PS3.

Well right now I already have an exclusive DLC for FFXIII for my 360, it's that Chocobo bird Avatar pet prop.

Ive read somewhere that its only Avatar items and stuff like that, nothing to do with teh actual game. Anyway, if it is game DLC, Id put my money on timed Exclusive.

well, i absolutely Don't know what is with Sony ignoring ll kinds of deals regarding FFXIII, they are treating the game like peice of garbage, Dante's inferno got some special edition for the PS3 for gad's sake.

anyway it's no big deal most probably pack of bosses, Arenas, weapons which will come to the PS3 eventually, and who cares if it didn't come??

overall nothing really surprised me except AW , this was really their true weapon.

The exclusive downloadable content is what they had to cut out of the blu-ray to fit it onto 4 dvds.

Bioshock, GTAIV DLC, Fallout 3 DLC, Lost planet, Ninja Gaiden, Star Ocean 4...etc.
