This is a really good thing. Im happy that EA is giving support to Nintendo. And as a football fan(and player) im pleased to have a real football game on the Wii. Hope its gonna be online!

Hockey is teh l33t sport, mainly because its fast paced, unlike baseball, soccer or football. God I cant stand football with a passion, well as least NFL type, CFL usually has a faster game pace whereas NFL just stops every freaking 10 seconds and it takes them 4 hours to play a game. What a pointless waste of time, just like Nascar. Am I the only one who thinks that all the sports Americans have invented are extremely boring?

Doesn't really matter.  We had tons of injuries and officiating is busted.  We're just glad to be in the playoffs at all at this moment.  And we're happy with getting Luongo this year.

Americans are bad a sport so the only way they could be the best in the world at any given team sport was to invent sports that no one else wanted to play. They made basketball too good and are now paying the price for it with losses in international games. American football should be safe though because i can't see anyone else wanting to play that :P

I live and grew up in Canada but my parents arent from canada. I just cant handle hockey and american sports and I have a canadian education. Footy is just too awesome. I dont wanna start a sports war but i must say that hockey sucks compared to footy. Footy is international and its not focused on "whos teh stronger gorilla". It focuses on talent and skills. Football player have the speed, skills and are acrobatic. No wonder its called the beautiful game. I mean go watch some compilations of the champions league its just beautiful. And if you think its not fast paced it means you never saw a profesional europeean match or you never played real footy in your life.

Hockey however looks more like gorillas on ice who fight more than they play. And I went to 1 single hockey game in my life because i was forced to. The audience doesnt even chant by itself its pathetic. I mean they actually have to be told when to say "go habs go" and when to yell. And because the sport itself is boring they need fights and people dancing lolol. The show isnt even the sport. You have to see a footy stadium with 100k people chanting its just amazing.

That's because you can't even touch the guy and the field is so damn big that there is no intensity.  Do you see those football tricks scoring goals? No.  And the goal is so big that goalies don't even matter.  The real goalie are like 3-4 people, D and goalie.
