Dynamic res on both, PS4's lowest resolution is Xbox One's max resolution. XBO never hits 1080p, while PS4 can in small environments.

I've waited 10 years for this game, so I don't care.....if I have to wait a few more months for the definitive edition.

Not going to ruin the experience because of performance issues.

Great visuals and lighting but very very rough around the edges and performance is crap. Hide the pc version if you want sales on consoles lol. Luminous engine looks very demanding. I believe there were discussing using Just Cause 3 engine but that also turned out to be crap on consoles. They have time to optimize things better.

It's a shame devs have to compromise just to throw shit out on consoles.

That's been proven to be false actually. It was reported and then clarified.

It was in the news three days ago that the FF15 director Tabata said the figure represents how many copies the team would like to see the game sell.

This is just another sign that we need those new consoles. Clearly that engine needs more powerful hardware. There is no way there wont be a PC version.

Considering how well 'optimized' XIII trilogy and FF Type-0 HD are on PC, I would go on a limb and say its just that Squeenix doesn't know how to optimize games at all.

Yeah they gotta release it on PC , i don't get it why they don't release it alongside consoles.....they can't turn a blind eye on PC and the huge profit it offers.

The characters look great but these consoles already proved to be capable of better graphics than this, at native 1080p (900p for X1) and locked 30fps (Batman AK, The Witcher 3, The Division, Farcry Primal, etc).

Well, I'm gonna hold out hope for an NX version. Maybe it'll run better on that. If not, I'll wait till I see it going cheap. I mean the games been in development for what, 10 years now? I think we'd have all be fine waiting a bit longer if it meant the game actually runs.

Just curious, if we ignore the hell it's getting for technical reasons, let's just assume it's pulling off 1080/60fps without a hitch, if that were the case would this game still look like it's worth playing on the gameplay alone? I mean, I watched that the demo gameplay and my thoughts weren't "OMG the jaggies making my eyes bleed" kind of bullshit that we're never short on. Seriously, is there anybody here who just isn't interested in this games on the merits of the gameplay by itself? I mean, from what I've seen so far, looks pretty fucking bland.
