It goes against their previous stance that it would be PS3 Only Worldwide, and in business terms, that means fanboys lose and companies win.

Well at this time it seems the PS3 will have a game that no other console gets, if they start snipping the PS3 version to fit an ancient DVD then that's when you can start getting angry, the world runs on money and nothing will change this, deal with the fact it's going multiplat some time in the near future or atleast it has a high chance to do so.JohnF111

Believe it or not, I don't actually care because I do not own an Xbox 360, so the inevitable North American/European multiplatform release of Final Fantasy Versus XIII doesn't affect me and never will. People like you, however, have a hard time grasping the blatantly obvious indications that are supplied in the form of numerous articles... and these recurring retractions made by Square-Enix staff solidify it even more.

But it also didn't say that it was "only" for the PlayStation 3 like they have previously claimed, either.

Are you trying to act like I'll lose sleep at night or something because a game goes multiplat? I don't care if goes multiplat, I just want the game to be good, and that nothing is cut out of it (I heard some FF13 stuff was taken out but not positively sure).

Until it is announced for 360, it is a PS3 exclusive.

12 of 13 FF games were exclusive. And of course there are games like Crisis Core, Kingdom Hearts, Dissidia, etc. that are all exclusive.

Yes, sometimes after a few years, some of the games get ported or remastered, but at least 95% of their games are exclusive on release.

The game doesn't look that good so far (judging by the latest footage)... it also doesn't look like it's benefitting from being exclusive (or maybe that gameplay video I watched needed to be of higher quality).

It looks like Dynasty Warriors, with the ability to jump on turret robots.
