Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata has shared new details on the long-in-development role-playing game around its DLC, a potential PC version, frame rate, and even more.As for the PC version, which won't be available alongside the console editions in September but could come later, Tabata said he hopes the computer edition can "push the game to a new technical level," according to DualShockers' report. It's his hope that the PC version of Final Fantasy would be able to achieve elements not possible on console due to the limitations of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
All of this is to say, the PC version of Final Fantasy XV, if it does happen, is not going to be a port of the console edition.Tabata said Square Enix is taking its time to ensure it's done the proper research and is making the right decisions about the technical abilities of a PC edition.
