Got my mag today. Has some Spec Ops info in it also, but it's just a half page thing and doesn't have anything you wouldn't know already, but I'll post that if you want.
Anyway, for halo: Reach
- Campaign is squad based, but not tactical. You're the "lone wolf" and get to create your character by default. In multiplayer however, you take upon one of 5 spartans. Each plays differently.
- Elites are back (duh)
- Prototype weaponry
- Reach is a military planet
- Kat- light class- robotic arm- pistol/ knife
- John- support- chain gun/spartan laser- medic
- Jace - scout- sniper rifle/pistol- special visr
- Frank - pilot- assault rifle/battle rifle - gadgetry
- Kolt- heavy class - grenade launcher- machete- rage
- takes place from 3 days before halo 1 until about a tad into it
- Darker, more gritter halo
- Multiplayer is classed based, but still able to pick up weapons
- Perk abilities, examples given camo and sprint
- Halo 1 health system returning
- Open world structure, think a large scale version of ODST but without flashbacks and more ruckus going on
-lots of yummy screens. Beautiful game.
So yea, that's the gist of it.
