Ugg, I'm glad this info is fake. I am still happy that perks and classes have stayed away from Halo. It keeps the playing field level and fair. Additionally, I sure hope this doesn't take ODST inspiration and goes open world. Being the last Halo game and the closure to one of my favorite series EVER, I want the battles to be epic and huge. The only way I see them doing that effectively is by making the game linear.
Short story, Reach gets taken over, all the Spartans die and Master Chief is on the Pillar of Autumn and goes through Slipstream space - ends up at Halo. Halo 1 begins.
