so can mario bros on the wii but that wont improve the graphics. Trying to nitpick on one section of the game that has performance problems doesn't take away from the overall fedelity of the game.

I see people are really defensive about this game not having great graphics but people are opening it up for inspection when making comments about it. I am being completely honest when I say the graphics are what I would consider unimpressive for a game coming out now.

theres a power up that increases basic run speed by a ton (thats in the dev interview) but we've also seen a "thrust" armor ability.

literally NOTHING is going on, the geometry is brain dead simple card-board cut out level, the gun models look along the same level as other halo games, the lighting is just bloom death and it...it looks blurry on top of all that.

I wonder how could anyone actually be impressed. Many games on the xbox360 itself look way better.

The framerate is barely keeping up at 30FPS, you can see it stuttering. That is a shame. Campaign only for me. AlphaJC

Halo 4s multiplayer is so simplistic compared to Reach. No bloom, shields recharge far too quickly. We've gone from the the deliberate multiplayer of Reach to the runabout multiplayer of Halo 4.

I'm not too interested in it, but the graphics look pretty nice. I'm more excited about Black Ops 2 and Far Cry 3, the latter of which I think has the potential to be the best FPS this year. Considering if they pull it off right, because the first two Far Cry games sucked.

As long as the Halo fans are happy with this, then that's all that matters. The game play just looks too similar to all the other Halo games to me. But my opinion doesn't matter, only YOURS does. If you like the game, then more power to you.

It's good to see MS putting out more exclusives now, even if they arn't new IP's.

Im not really that picky, i can play most MP out their and have fun, but im just tired of custom classes.

Bungie's multiplayer was much more regimented than 343s who seem to be going for the quick one and done crowd who like an easy, fun to play multiplayer

I see people referencing great graphics...but then I look at the videos. WTF, the graphics arent the least bit for a impressive 2012 game and it has way too much bloom. I guess that is the halo effect in action.
