Looks like not, on IGN the 360 version scored the same as PC version, so it's you for the lose.

Portal and HL2 share textures ect. - and probably audio, while TF2 probably has its own set of textures and audio.

The main reason most games go over DVD size is loads of FMV, or uncompressed / high res textures and audio.

Both console versions are ported by EA. If I'm wrong, please show me how and show me your source of info.

And I didn't think that it wasn't on 1 DVD.. Why wouldn't it be?? If you add up the CD's from all the HL2 related games.. they can fit on a DVD9 lol.

And even if Valve developed the console version, without Steam they still will be broken, atleast when compared to the Steam powered PC version.

Silly Xbox fanboy using IGN scores.

A score doesn't stop a console version from having console flaws.

I'm not saying the core game will be crap on 360. It's just going to be missing alot when it comes to mods and maps that Steam users come up with. Even if some of the mods and maps come to the console, it's impossible to bring over ALL of them. The PC mod community is INSANE.

Though it's good for the 360 users to be able to finally play HL2 without extreme framerate issues (see Xbox ver of HL2).

Can't speak for PS3 users, esspecially with it coming from EA.

But atleast those Gears of War/Halo nuts get to stop ignorantly ridiculing the game and finally see what all the hype is about.
