The Masterminds Obsidian are working on a game based on one of the best shows.

it all comes down to the writing, if matt and trey are writing it it should be golden. south park has surpassed even the simpsons for me, because while the simpsons had about 5 great , amazing seasons, the past 10 years or so have been junk.

south park has had more consistent quality, as far as im concerned.

I actually like the idea behind this game and think more licesnsed games could benefit from it. Taking characters from the show and having them explore the locales. I'm sure it will be a solid RPG. However I never really liked South Park (makes me laugh occasionally, sometimes out loud but for the most part I don't like it) so I'm not hyped for this game.

Now you know what would be amazing? A video game adaptation of Supernatural. You can go around America and do investigations, in a sand box style world. You use clues and research and interview people about what happened, and, from there, deduce what monster it is you're hunting and kill it. I think, if done right, the game would be amazing for fans and non fans alike. however if Supernatural ever got an adaptation, it would probably be absolute crap. Still, a guy can dream.

yeah...probably will have written dialogue options.

There's already a facebook type system that keeps track of your reputation with the different people in the game...so Choice and Consequences are most likely in.

Looks interesting. I got to see gameplay to get a real opinion on it.

I'll reserve judgement until I see some gameplay.

I wonder if Obsidian can keep up on their glitch quota even though this game is in 2D.

anyone who says this game is going to be garbage is talking out of their ass, with matt and trey doing the writing and being hands on with the developers there is absolutely negative zero chance of this being bad.
