Flower a joke too gaming industry ?

how can it be reviewed on a gaming site if its not a game ?

how can it score good if they review it as a game ?

how can they score gameplay if there is no gameplay ?

so many questions but what do you think about it ?

It certainly IS a game. A fantastic game at that.

I loved every moment of it, even though those moments only lasted around 2 hours.

in its "core" flower isnt a game like wiifit but both have some characteristics of a game. while you hold the controller in flower you stay on the balance board in wii fit

only because you moving your wrist instead of your legs too do some action doesnt make flower more a game ! you also have objective in wii fit and you can DIE in wii fit :P

but it doesnt mean i cant enjoy flower or wii fit :P

no i only wanted too know if you put wiifit in the same category as flower but i didnt really compare them ;)

wii fit is half exercise half games but they sell it as a personal trainer

flower is basically that kind of tool you use after wiifit too relax :P

True, but I don't think I'd want a sequel, I'd want something different again. They've already given us flOw (OK, so not technically new) and Flower, so it would be cool to see what they come up with next. Can't remember the last time I saw a hype thread for a downloadable game, either.

im not sure about the unreal3 engine in wiifit but .......

for me it looks like an headshot !!

FPSs in general are not games as what they said in MGS4 FPSs games are nothing but virtual training for KIDs to be killing machines in the future :P.Kashiwaba

braid got some hype and world of goo on other sites.

good point but sometimes i want sequels even if you cant get the same experience but your mind suggest you it could be as good as the first one :lol:

You console gamers are really funny.

Before - PC gaming is a hassle because you have to install to the hard drive and it takes forever!

After - You can install this console game to the hard drive now so it loads faster, and that's great!

Before - I hate patching games, it's also a big hassle.

After - I love DLC on the consoles now, because it adds new stuff to the games and fixes glitches!

Now this: Before - Indie games don't matter for PC, therefore they shouldn't count in system wars.

After - Flower is the best indie game ever made and I'm going to defend it to the last stand! Very funny.

Flower is one of the few things the gaming industry has done right since the late-90's/early-00's. :|PBSnipes
