Xbox One controller is the best. Xbox has the best online infrastructure and better security. Xbox has Xbox Live which is built on MS Azure technology. Powers companies like Amazon and IBM. The whole interface of Xbox is seamless and smooth. With over 20 years building the OS of 99.9 percent of the world's computers, it was inevitable.

While I was quite critical of Microsoft after this year's E3 because of them not elaborating what the XboxOne's policies would be, I can say now that they've provided gamers with the original XboxOne vision alongside an alternative for traditional gaming and gamers who'd like to protect their investments. I'm certain the family plan will be brought back and once it launches, the XboxOne will provide a fantastic and innovative gaming experience whilst pushing technology. Â

Getting a Ps4 because it's the cheapest way of playing elder scrolls online, keeping my 360 Because theres still a ton of games i want to play on it, Blakes 7 and i can play titanfall without forking out for an XB1

But I'm after something new and like the direction of Xbox One. Its a more rounded console with more to offer than just hardcore games for me. Kinect 1 is still a hit with the kids, I use sky on my current Xbox and still enjoy pausing the films using voice controllers. Xbox One improves massively on all these features, adds a load more and has the better exclusives. I'll get PS4 later but not because it might have better graphics but because I like the games on it, because it has nothing else to offer.

I started out using a Keyboard to play games on the ZX Spectrum, then to a joystick, then mouse and keyboard and finally controller. The way we play games has always changed eventually you have to change with it or get left behind, you become a grumpy Ex gamer Desperately klinging to Nostalgia whilst everyone else has moved on, Kids love kinect and they are the gamers of the future, people seem to forget that but it's easier to remember if you actually have children.

i have both and getting both new ones, but the X1 will be my main again. Its just looks better to me. the extras are amazing the games are better so far, and the controller looks like it'll be better again
Not getting either. Next gen hasn't shown anything interesting. Everyone thinks the Wii U and vita suck right now but the X1 and PS4 are going to be in a similar situation not that long after launch.Â
I was actually torn for a while but the silence from Sony in some areas has just scared me away from the PS4. Especially online multiplayer, because thats all I do and Sony have mentioned absolutely NO improvements to PSN (other than cross game chat) which isn't good enough.
owned both and now pre-ordered both to make a profit on ebay :cool: with that same money i am getting later on the 2 consoles,because right now either don't offer that many games i want to play.
I only plan on getting a Wii U. I think one console will be enough.

I will stay with MS again this next gen. The X1 has more to offer, the launch games are better looking and more interesting, I love what they have done with Kinect 2.0, the games coming down the line are going to be even better and I don't like Sony's PR methods, games, PSN and the community. Easy choice.

The reason PS3's ui was laggy was due to hardware limitations. Honestly though it's terrible.
Starting off with the X1 which will be my main, PS4 holiday 2014 only for the exclusives. I like the ecosystem, the online has always been top tier and looks better than ever, I like their titles. Killer Instinct, Halo, early Titanfall, Ryse I think will be a sleeper, all the multiplats obviously that PS4 gets but with a better online system imo.

none of games really interested me, they both cost money to play online, and I want dead rising 3... I don't really care about ps4 or xboxone, one platform has something I want and thats the platform I'll need to get to play it.
Im leaning toward xbox. I none of the PS4 exclusives interest me. Meanwhile I want Titanfall and the next Halo. The system costs more but what matters to me are the games and xbox one has all the next gen games I want. But I don't see myself buying a next gen system any time soon anyway. I mean, MGS5 and Destiny are still going to be on current gen systems. I'll probably wait till Kingdom Hearts 3 or the next Halo

These games come later when there is actually a userbase to make them profitable. PS2 had one of the worst launch lineups in history but in the end it had the most games by a landslide. Microsoft seems to try and start strong and then fizzle out mid generation. Apparently the dumb asses making the decisions at Microsoft saw how bad the early 360 games sold and failed to associate it with a lack of marketing and a lack of an established userbase when these games were in their prime. Its very possible the people making these decisions don't play games. They just crunch numbers while lacking common sense. Of course Kameo and PD0 were going to sell bad. Hardly anybody even owned the console yet.

Many didnt even hit 500k. Agreed. Microsoft made quite 2 missteps in the last few years. 1) They should have released kinect with the Xbox ONE. People would have been suckered into buying that shit and Microsoft could have had Wii-like sales. 2) They should never have released Halo 4 on the 360. Now the Halo brand is damaged beyond repair and former Halo fans are saying, "Why would I buy the Xbox ONE when its best exclusive is trash now?" Even if Halo 4 on the Xbox ONE was still trash like it is now on the 360, at least Halo fans would have suckered into buying that piece of shit of a game. Now there's nothing stopping them from going with the PS4.
