For everyone who owns more than 1 console...

Isn't owning more than 1 console just an insult to those consoles individually? Thats the way it looks to me. You are basically saying "Well none of the consoles are enough to satisfy my needs, so I need multiple consoles to make up for each of their individual short-comings."

Eh.... Sorry, but your logic makes no sense to me. Am I supposed to buy one and just flame the others to justify my purchase instead? Because that sounds incredibly pitiful, and moreso sad then what you said. If you have all the consoles you easily have more of an unbiased view on the console wars. Plus plus in my opinion. I'm finally getting a more decent PC, and then I'll officially be a full on manticore.

I'm going to start to be unisystem too. I don't have the cash to spend on more hardware. I had a PS2, GCN and GBA last gen and my home consoles got sad collections. I prefer to have one system and tons of games and maybe a handheld.

Actually, I own a 360 (only a 360) and its more than enough to satisfy my gaming needs. And I can tell that almost everyone who responded to my post misinterpreted my meaning. All I was trying to show was that by having more than one console, even though you may not say it or think it, you are, in fact, showing that the console doesn't do what you bought it to do well enough...As a result you have to by more consoles so that you can be satisfied. Either that or you like to waste money or you have nothing better to do with your life and spend ridiculous amounts of time and money on videogames.

And for the poster who asked if I have more than one car...Yes I do...Not because either one of my cars is inferior, but because my wife needs one as well.

Realy, i bought my 360 to play 360 games, and it does that perfectly. However it dosen't work as well with Wii games, wich is why i have a Wii.

Last time I checked...my PS3 cant play SMG......Wii cant play Gears..... and my 360 cant play LBP...So I own all three

Well, is it my fault that the 360 doesn't play Blu-Ray gaming or movie discs? IT wasn't built to do that, therefore I bought something that was. By your logic, I guess people who buy pots aren't satisfied because you can easily boil spaghetti noodles in a skillet. That's good for you that your happy with your 360, just like I'm happy with my 360 AND my PS3. Though we may disagree, we both seem content on our choice. We both win, your logic fails, but we both still win.

Well if I had the money, then Id probably buy:a gaming PC, and a Wii. I wont bother with 360, since PC would be somehow dominant.(I have 60g Ps3, a semi reliable PC for gaming and a PSP. My brother has a DS.

Also if you have more than one console that doesnt nescesarilly mean you arent satisfied with the other. It can also indicate wealth, or if you have a PS3 and 360, the PS3 maybe used as a BLUE-RAY player. Also people may like different games on different platforms so they get 2 consoles. So on.

If I didnt own two consoles, I wouldnt have experinced 2 of my favorite games this gen (and of all time) Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid 4.
