For PS360 owners.Which do you prefer unlocking, trophies or achievements?

I don't really care about trophies or achievements. I just like playing through the game.

not that it affects the quality of the game in any way whatsoever, but achievements for me. i kind of wish that sony would have just used the same number system that MS did.

The trophy system seems the best purely out of the box, but I like what Giantbomb does with achievements more than any other system out there. I also like that Achievements and last game played syncs up with XBL almost immediately and on it's own without you having to tell it to. I'm not sure why Sony thinks it's better for you to have to manually sync up stuff yourself. And it's janky as hell. I don't know why PSN refuses to admit that I'm playing Heavy Rain and will only show Flow and Marvel vs Capcom 2.

last gen ruled none of that lame ass achievements LOL...so **** lame yoyofroyoyoyo

Trophies! It's better to show off my platinums then it is to show off my points on 360. At least when they see the plat they know how many games I completed to 100%. On 360 there is no indication of any game being completed because it's just points.

They are basically the same thing but I prefer achievements because I know more people that play on the 360.

Achievements. They're more automatic and are updated faster....not to mention included in every game since launch.
