I will be buying a Xbox One. Ive never bought a Playstation video game console and never plan to. Xbox One seems to be doing better in multiplats than Xbox 360 ever did.

Killer Instinct does look good :) I hope you enjoy it. I was a little upset about it not having a physical form, but I would get it none the less.

It was great news to hear that you can purchase ALL the charactes and full game as a complete digital download though... that rumor/mess going around before made me a little sick.

My first impressions of the game I have waited nearly 20 years for was meh... however, I watched the live demo, and it looks pretty solid. Nothing beats KI combos and fluidity. It looks likethey did put a lot of effort into capturing that feel even if not perfect. The art style is not really to my liking, however, it leaves the door open for more sequels now :) That game was a big win for people who are purchasing the X1.

Hell no. The Xbone is a disaster for collectors. Games won't be playable 10-20 years from now unless M$ decides to keep the servers running. Hint: they won't.YoshiYogurt

I highly doubt that. MS quit supporting the Zune years ago, which is DRM based. Mine still works like a charm. Yes, I am one of those unfortunate people who bought a Zune. If it ever gets to the point where keeping the servers up is too costly, they will probably just do a software update and remove the requirement for DRM.

Where I live most the consumers that have been going into Game Stop are pre ordering PS4s.

I'm getting a PS4, but fail to see how Gears/Halo is any more pathetic than Sony's Infamous or Killzone series. Both of those series have been mediocre at best.

If I was really defending MS I would buy their console the instant it released. And the whole conference has to be good not just the last 20 minutes or last hour or etc to be good. MS succeed in that department in their E3 conference even with their PR blunders and the issues with the xbox one.I'm not following the PS4 train until I see for myself how good that conference was.

I have been a gamer and game collector for years.

My decision is because of Microsoft's horrible policies. It will sting as a gamer not to get to play someof the bigger exclusives... :(

I just feel that by supporting it would go against everything I love aboutmy favorite industry as a whole...

What really gets me is how they have the nerve to implement something so stupid as a daily system scan to play games... What were they thinking is beyond me.

You essentially have a BRICK which will NOT play any games UNTIL connected.

I'm not bother by the $500 as Me and my wife makes really good money! Also I'm using Fios 75 down Internet service so Connection is not a problem I'm not bother by all the TV stuff. What I don't like about XB1 is how it "force" me into internet check daily and not able to lend games out to my friends. There were times that I don't play games for a week! What will happened than?? my machine will lock up?? It bothers me alot that I pay for a product from a company that have so many restrictions and mean while other companies (Sony and Nintendo)  don't! I have the first 2 Xboxs and I think they were decent, but this time around, I will not buy one! MS need a lesson like Sony with PS3 to be humble again!

Going by most comparisons, the ps4 was shown to be more powerful (although not by much), possibily faster, and taken from what most dev said about the ps4, this time around, the ps4 is very dev friendly, unlike the ps3. Please don't bring the results of this gen into the next. It seems like Sony have learned their lesson, and is making a complete 180 this time.

I will stick with & Sony/Nintendo!

I will not be getting the X1 on launch because I'll only have enough for only 1 next gen console, and that console will be the ps4. Now, I'm not saying that I will never get 1 because that's a lie. I plan on getting 1 next year around income tax time. However, the only reason why I wont be getting one this year, is because I like more of Sony exclusives than MS exclusives, and while they did, in fact, brought it with the exclusive games at E3, I know that most of those games won't be out in 2013, let alone making the X1 launch. Also, thanks to MS and their used games, 24 hr online check. DRM, and Kinect required announcements, that have brought alot of my old friends who went with the 360 this gen, to go with the ps4 for next gen. While all of the X1 requirements are bad, most of them don't effect me, and MS does have some really cool exclusives that I wouldn't mind playing. So, if God see it fit for me to get the X1, I'll be getting it for sure, just not this year, unless a miracle happens to where I have alot more money than I'm planning to have this year.:P

I don't know yet.  I have a feeling all these "bad" policies are actually going to make the X1 the most advanced and streamlined console available, once it comes out.
