PS3 for me. Exclusives, free online, better hardware, trophies. My 360 is collecting dust or being used as a big dvd player.

PS3 90% of the time between the two. I only play the 360 when there's an exclusive or PC / 360 game or when it's a Bayonetta type multiplat which isn't often.
PS3 for exclusives, 360 for multiplats and exclusives.
I prefer the controller, layout, I use my brother's XBL Gold account if I want to play MP (since I don't have it on my account at the moment), etc. I like both though.
ps3 cuz i feel beter with the games exclusivs are awsome and free onlinealot of my freind own a ps3i cant bare that fat 360 controller bty i play the 360 and its modded ;) ihave the ps3 to play online well most of my gaming is on the ps3and the wii well i dont even look at it exept when all my cousins come to my house we some times play it
Mostly my PS3. I've only got room for one on my TV stand and I prefer the Ps3 exclusives to the X360 ones. Multiplats are a non issue for me as I can play them on my PS3 as well. I'll probably hook up my X360 for Gears 3 but at the minute it's boxed up.
I play 360 more because that is what all my friends have. The party chat is pretty huge when it comes to gaming with friends.
I spend more time with 360. It's the system I buy most multiplatform games for, unless the game is actually better on PS3 like FF13. But I couldn't do without PS3 either. Some of my most favorite games this gen are PS3 exclusives.
PS3 because that's what most of my friends game on, I like the controller better, and it's not as loud as my non-slim 360.
I ended up selling both but the 360 went first and it's only the ps3 that I'm considering reacquring.
which system do you play more and why? Exclude things like Netflix, Blu ray, DVD's etc...strictly gaming purposes. Which is it and why?

I don't really care for movies, so I don't spend any of my PS3/Xbox360 time on those kinds of things. I spend most of my time on my PS3 because they've got more of the exclusives I want to play and I preffer the PS3 controller to that of the Xbox 360 controller so that's where I usually play the multiplats.
Well I play my PS3 more now that the novelty of getting my 360 slim has worned off. I use the 360 slim to watch UCONN college b-ball games streamed from ESPN3.com. The PS3 just has more of my preferred games including my favorite Uncharted 2. Soon it will have my second favorite ME2. 360 is fine but I just prefer the games on the PS3 more. With 2011's lineup I don't see that changing.
I would have said PS3, but it got YLOD on christmas eve. I did get it repaired by a shop in Chicago, but I'm scared to play anythimg and get another disc stuck in it. For the time being, my 360. that is until I get a slim, but then bye bye ps2 backwards compatibility...
I play my ps3 more because i refuse to pay for Live...ps3wizard45
When I go to the supermarket I always take the Free spoiled vegtables that they are about to throw out into the trash. I refuse to pay for the unspoiled food.

Thats a horrible comparison. You're calling the PSN like spoiled vegetables? How ignorant! You've obviously never used it before.^oh no, I was just saying that some people refuse to pay for good quality service. PSN is nice, I have used it, but Live is better.
Even this week alone I got huge discounts on great Arcade games by being a Gold Live member. I bought about 6 games for like $4 each.
On PSN this week they have crappy sales on a few Sega games.
If you pay for PSN+ (CHEAPER THAN LIVE), then you get much more than a few cheap demos. You get full game demos for free, some TV series for free, adn a bunch of other stuff. Though comparing it to rotten tomatoes gives a very bad impression of you. It still sounds very biased and ignorant.^oh no, I was just saying that some people refuse to pay for good quality service. Once you are a Xbox Gold Live member, you can get discounts for renewing. So you never pay $60 for renewing, you always pay less.

Yea cause ya know PSN never has other sales on other games. Hell the prices never go down:roll:. I will admit live is better but just by a bit. Not 60 dollar bit.
360. more friends, better online, better multiplats. ps3 doesnt get used much. considering i dont have a lot of time to actually play games that much anymore, i couldve gotten away with just owning a 360. but im greedy and boughta 120 GB ps3 slim like a year ago, and i dont even use it
ugh, unless its people like me who only want to play online and don't care about the bells and whistles and crap i don't want, the ps3 wins for me, honestly i just wanna game online, i have my netbook right next to me at all times so the facebook/last.fm and all that is useless to me. My 360 hasn't been used since i played prey a couple of months ago and when i get the funds I wanna play alan wake and thats honestly about it, i'm not interested in halo and i'm not interested in gears also i can't get online without throwing out money, i'm a poor college student "well gaming is an expensive hobby BUT THATS NOT THE POINT"^oh no, I was just saying that some people refuse to pay for good quality service. Ps3 for me. I use to be a huge 360 fan until my system red ringed. I already owned a ps3 by that time and most of the games that are 360 exclusive are games that I couldn't really careless about anyway. Not to mention the free online and the lighter controllers. ((Never could get use to that bulky monstrousity that microsoft called a controller.)) Not to mention the fact that my ps3 is twice as old as my 360 and I've had no troubles out of it as of yet.
