For those who are buying Final Fantasy XIII...

ps3 because the controller is more comfortable for RPG playing.

also it is quite obvious that anyone owning both consoles will choose to buy it for ps3.

however the xbox version will probably sell more because far more people have just xbox's

also consider the fact that many people bought ps3's simply in anticipation of big games like ff13, god of war 3, kz2, mgs4, etc.

Im getting it on 360 even though I have a ps3. I think the ff13 looks better on the green 360 cases and the controller on 360 is better.

Also ff13 on 360 will do 1080p and the ps3 version wont.

I'll get it for the system which gets the superior version like how it should be done for any other game if you own both consoles. So in this case probably PS3.

I do agree with all your points. BUT here is my reasoning. I will be able to play it in HD only if I play it on 360. And actually get to play it all I want on my 360. So that is my reasoning and I feel like it is pretty good. Though I do think it is ridiculous to have multiple disks, it WOULD look better on PS3.

PS3 version because i feel like it would be weird to play FF on anything else.

And please tell me where you get such misinformation, the PS3 version is NATIVE 1080p. I know as I own the import. It says 1080p on the box and the game is sharper than Uncharted 2. The 360 version might not actually run at native 1080p as the 360 has a scaler chip which upscales all game to 1080p(Halo 3 runs natively at 640p and the chip upscales it to 1080). And if you bothered to read the OP, you would have seen that IGN has already confirmed that the PS3 version looks better.

So go ahead and buy the 360 version, I just think your reason is ridiculous:|

I always buy multiplats on PS3. Which works out well, because I never have to worry about multiple discs, the discs being destroyed by my POS 360 or any of that.
