When a company doesn't even bother putting 2 rubber pads in the dvd tray, would it even care about investing in exclusives at all?

They're bringing the casual and core gamers together, giving those latters all the third support they want, with the odd exclusive, big seller games a la Gears.

The only thing Sony is "crushing" MS in this year is the number of announced exclusives they have...for whatever thats worth.

I love how the Sony fanboys make fun of anyone who mentions sales (because "you can't play sales") but at the same time praise Sony for a list of games that will come out God knows when, and who knows how many of them will even be worth $60, and half of the fanboys wont even buy them. Both Kinect and Move are gimmicks to keep people from buying Wii's. Trying to prop up Kinect in the face of an obscenely massive release schedule from Sony shows just how weak the 360 lineup is this year.-ArchAngeL-777-

Couldn't the same logic be used for the PS3? Especially considering it has a fairly large library. Unfortunately, the 360 is still left with a lackluster confirmed release lineup.

ms will have more sale in the united states than sony however sony will have better games for core gamers and more of those games. so gamers should be happy with their ps3 and stock holders will be happy with the kinect sales. see everybody wins.

Kinect...yeah right. Game wise the PS3 has the strongest of the 3 consoles by far. Wii doesn't have a great lineup due to everything going towards the 3DS. Its still better than the 2 games 360 gets this year, Gears 3 and Forza 4. Kinect is not a serious gaming device.

1. Gears 2 underscored Gear 1 here, so if i was you, i'll wait until Gears 3 gets close to release before putting massive hype behind it like that.

2. Forza 3 did not come out last year. It came out in 09, and was tied with UC2 (a ps3 exclusive, mind you) for the review score here (9.5)

3. While both Reach and Forza 3 scored really well, both of them FAILED to receive any GOTY awards from GS, and the funny thing is that in 09, when the "high scoring" Forza 3 was released, a ps3 exclusive took the GOTY award that year, and it underscored Forza 3.

4. The only sony games that was promised last year and got delayed was Socom 4, and LBP2.
