Forza 3 due out this winter w/ over 400 cars and 100 tracks

I hope for Forza 3 they make the auction house better. The small preview of the car with little stats about it wasn't enough.II-FBIsniper-II

I would also appreciate an auto-bid feature with a limit you can set instead of wasting 45 min. after the auction was suppose to end rebidding until it's more than you can/wanted to spend.

That is going to be pure gold if the AAA series Forza is able to release 3 games before GT a AA series releases GT5. Forza 1 came out after GT4.rybe1025

it'd be even bigger ownage if the graphics are better than gt5 and gt5p.

but dam, 2 dvd's? looks like i'll have to buy a bigger hdd for all my videos, demos, and arcade games just to install both discs to the hdd. hey, beats loading time.

I'm actually envious that 360 owners have great racing simulators that will actually be released in my lifetime :x

Whilst Forza dosen't quite have that style of GT, it's usually packed full of rich features and they are released quite quickly without any detriment to the titles quality, the wait for GT5 is just now getting beyond the joke.

What is going to be really funny is when Forza 3 hits before GT5... offers more cars, more tracks and a better experience for less money.

all tracks will bet he same but with things added like trees on a different side or whatever and they will call them entire different maps, there is no way they can fit that many different maps with each unique textures, objects, etc on a singledvd.

I have been watching how Shift is trying to market itself into the industry and I find if they EA and T10 pull off their visions...Poly is going to look so outdated... they will be forced to change direction and supply this genre a much needed and appreciated racer

Forza 2 was one of my first 360 games when i still had a 360. it was great but it wasn't real awesome simply because it didn't have competition (at least in the NA market). but the thing i noticed about racing games is that Japanese games always deliver. GT has always delivered, not one bad game from their arsenal (so is Forza). i'm not really looking forward to Forza 3 simply because i think it'll play out just like FOrza 2 in every way. i think they'll just add touches here and there, upgrade the whole thing so to speak. but GT5 is built from a different engine, hence, a very different experience from GT4. i bet Forza 3 will use the same engine as Forza 2, only upgraded. it's like how 75% of Gears 2 is an upgraded Gears 1. personally, i think GT, Wangan Midnight, Initial D > NFS, Burnout, FOrza games. too bad since some of 'em racing games aren't recognized by the NA audience and we're stuck with the NFS series.

if you have the HDDVD drive can you use that as a second disc drive for 360 games? That would be pretty cool if you could.

I think its kinda sad that there will probably be 2 iterations of Forza on the 360 before PS3 gets its first REAL GT. Polyphony better be doing some new things for the GT series and not just making super crazy better than real graphics.

Regardless at the end of the day both games should be amazing. I kinda wish GT would have the whole paint your own car thing that Forza has, but I feel Polyphony will think their racer is too real for that *rolls eyes*.

Games that i mentioned all flopped for 360 except for Halo3 but i bashed it not because it sucks but because of all the hype lemms were giving it because it was supposed to deliver the best graphics evaaa so there you have it, oOOUCH.
