I got tired of waiting for the game, its still in the back of my mind but Im not fussed anymore when its coming out. I absolutaly love Forza 2 I have been playing it for months and I still haven't finished it (lvl43). Out of the two thier is no true winner from a simulation standpoint since both have different attributes that give a sense of realism but the car custimisation pushed me over to the Forza side of the fense.
I hope they dont neglect the steady framerate in exchange for better visuals, I would much rather have more cars and race destinations, hopefully more cities and a track in the alps would be great.
How does anyone respect Poly anymore. Takes forever for them to release the games, No damage, Forza is a more proven series, they charge for demos.
poly has started to become a joke.

Any respect I had remaining over the delays bit the dust when they decided to charge for the demo.
lol if gt5 prologue is considered charging for a demo then you are actually stating it is equal to demos that are free? and its absurd they are charging. it has 6 tracks decent online gt tv with about 6 hd vids to watch for free! they are rolling out pay service in august and adding more tracks and cars and even damage. IVE NEVER HAD A DEMO LIKE THIS WOAH!.
"demo" (demonstration)
Definition: An act of showing or displaying.
Synonyms: exhibit, exhibition, manifestation, show
"prologue"
Definition: to introduce with or as if with a prologue.
Synonyms: introduction, opening, preamble, preface, prelude, proem
there is a difference and gt5p pretty much is an introduction of gt5 and whats to come and it has alot more in compared to a demo and has a fair price for what it offers
[QUOTE="Ironhorse001"][QUOTE="masiisam"][QUOTE="Ironhorse001"][QUOTE="Adonymous"]Now that's sad.
Turn10 has already had experience created a racing game for the 360, and forza 3 will blow us away (think transition between PGR3 and PGR4)
Turn10 will implement a whole lot a new features, and improve on the overall engine, while PD has only 1 chance to make a good game. Because GT6 will not hit before 2015. And the glorified demo isn't a game as it lacked sooo much.

Yeah and what's sad is that those who want more realism will still be racing on MS fisherprice wheel.
I use both the G25 and V2 MS wheel.....The accuracy and feel are identical...Your telling me you can tell a difference when your driving?
Yea...I bet your that guy that looks at the G25 and makes him believe he is Lewis Hamilton because yea spent 3 bills on it...
It has better materials. It has stronger force feedback (dual motors), but can also be very subtle. It has 900 degrees of rotation vs 360's 240 degrees. It has 6 speed stick shift with reverse plus a clutch pedal. It has paddle shifters. 6 speed shifter can be switched to sequental mode. pedals feel realistic. Brake pedal is very firm. Pedals, shifter, and spokes on the wheel are metsl. Also have the option to use this with PC or PS3. So yeah I can tell the difference when I am driving. You do own a g25 right?
Yes i have both the G25 and V2 MS wheel...as stated before..
All valid points when you are not driving and staring at the thing...My question was "When you are driving"???...I never said the QC was the same...The G25 does have that on the V2 MS wheel..(I would hope so it is 3 times the price)..
The truth of the matter is the MS wheel is a third of the price and is identical when it comes to the accuracy of the G25...You will not turn faster laps time because of the G25..IF you want to justify the materials in the 299 price tag..thats fine....BUt to say the others are garbage is just that....garbage...
Your comment on how the MS wheel limits the immersion of the games is utterly false and inaccurate...With that said do you even own/tried a V2 MS wheel?
I never said that the other wheels are garbage Just MS wheel. I only used the MS wheel, G25 and Fanantec speedster 3. In fact MS pretty much chased away the other companies. Just the fact that a company cannot release any accessories without written permission, and on top of that pay MS royalty fees shows how insecure and greedy MS is. I'm sure Logitechs cheaper wheels wheel will be better. Just face it, companies like logitech and Fanantec can put out better products than MS. I still stand buy my statement. If you don't like it that's just too bad.
[QUOTE="angelkimne"]Yeah but GT5 will have over 10k cars !!!!!!!!!!!!
Adonymous
They'll be lucky if they have over 1,000....considering it takes like 6 months to create 1 car

What does any of that have to do with the discussion? And the fact what I do and do not like also has zero relevance...
"Yeah and what's sad is that those who want more realism will still be racing on MS fisherprice wheel. "
Your comment is furthest from fact... my argument is the accuracy on the G25 and MS wheel are identical.... Hence how can the MS wheel take away the sense of realism...
