Forza 4 GS Review!

Gamespot doesn't like good games. They gave Ratchet & Clank: Future TOD a 7.5, but it got 9's everywhere else.

Oh well, I dont like race games anyway. I played GT4 and it taught me a lot of stuff (since I didnt know anything about cars at all LOL). However, thats as far as my racing experience will ever go.

He said it's like Forza 3.5, a sense of deja vu for those who have played 3, but it improves on 3. It would be like 9.5 or 10.0 for me since I haven't played any Forza game or even GT5.

wowsers very low score compared to most of the other sites currently on metacritic. perhaps the lack of nightime / weather effects hurt it. I wasn't planning on getting this until mid next year anyway, Rage, batman, skyrim & Halo CE, are the next games i am getting. I cannot wait for Skyrim.sts106mat

But I wasn't commenting based on the GS review. All the "flop" comments here is because the game scored 8.5 on a gamespot review. That's kind funny.

And honestly, for me GT5 didn't flop exactly. But its worse than Both forza 3 and 4 by a long shot.

Forza and GT are both AA now, sweet, hopefully this may mean less game bashing and more game enjoying :)

How is 8.5 a flop? It sounds like he's saying its the best in the series but just hasn't moved on since the last enough? That one thing i'm never sure about it reviews, should you take into consideration the previous games? Say you've never played a Forza game before. Should you buy 3 over 4 because 3 scored higher? Its well worth mentioning in the review, but should it effect the score? This is still no where near the level of "flop" that GT5 had. I don't think anything will come close to that level of flop - not after that dev cycle.angryfodder

This is a surprise. I just finished reading the Eurogamer review. They gave it a 9 and said some great thing about it. I was never into Forza, so this bothers me none. It's gonna be a fantastic racer for those who buy it. It's currently at 93 on Metacritic with 25 reviews. Impressive.
