Exactly, I'd rather pay around ~$800 than around ~$700 for the far superior product.

Not to mention, upgrading is a huge factor and better than both of the above.

When you can find a 1070/1080 for cheap let me know.

Other than that, your butthurt is showing.

I know 20-30 fps on low/medium for all these gens has rotted your mind, but you might want to read this thread again. A rig with 1070 was put together for around $800. On this very page. This is not far off of a $760 XB1 + 4 years of XBL.

Being butthurt does not involve writing objective facts. Nothing I wrote is factually untrue. You seem upset at the fact that a gaming PC > any XB system.

Other than that, your 2nd place is showing. Enjoy games at 30 fps and only 2 at true 4K, with a crap library and junk online.

So around 800 is 898.58 ROFL that is more around $900. HAHA you people trying to make it look better then it is, plus the build quality of that machine with that case would be complete shit! Plus to mix a shit ass CPU with a 1070 is completely dumb as hell.

If you are going to round down from 898 to 800 you do not get to round 672 up to $700. You fucking fanboys are pathetic!

XBL is $60 a month. Windows 10 can be installed from any previous computer.

~$800-900 vs ~$700. Yes, PC costs more. It's also considerably superior.

But Upgrading is a better option than both of the above.

Interesting that you rounding down $898.58 to be $800.

Damn straight PC is superior it cost more to run a PC so it should be better. I was just calling out your terrible rounding errors and how you where trying to make that shit box of parts look better then what it really was. $499 for the Xbox One X is really a hell of a deal for what you get, but I would never say any console is superior over PC.

Stating facts is not butthurt.

My argument is not shitty. You'd pay around $200-$300 more for a superior system. BTW, what exactly is your arguement? That you have to pay more for a PC from scratch? Duh...that's what I'm saying too. You're going to pay a few hundred more for a vastly better system.

I'd personally say no thanks to 30 fps, only 2 games at true 4k, and a shitty library after paying $700 every 4 years. Money in the toilet.

The superior product costs more. Perhaps get a better job?

(P.S. I'm glad you're ignoring the upgrading factor. People who already have a rig are going to eat XB1X alive for a lower total price).

Also, no one mentioned 1060. 1070 and 1080.

PC from scratch is more expensive, but a superior product.

Upgrading is around the same, but a superior product.

1. I don't see Windows 10 sales being zero. It's double dipping i.e. MS sells OS and gain $$$ from advertisements (thanks to Google's business model for showing the way).

2. Emmm, 1070 is mentioned multiple times.

3. PC's low cost superiority is via tax breaks. Your "PC from scratch is more expensive" shows you are being a noob.

My GTX 1080 Ti wouldn't cost me much after this financial year, then repeat for Volta cycle. X1X are for consumers are outside this tax structure or dislikes desktop PC gaming or spending less and 'etc'.

Intel Skylake X has arrived just in time for this financial cycle.

You haven't realized the reason for increase pro-business advertisements for buying PCs before the end of the financial year.

PS; I need 4K blu-ray player upgrade anyway. hence X1X is on my list.

I know 1070 is mentioned multiple times. Which is why I put a period after 1060. 1070 and 1080 ARE mentioned. Sorry I made that sentence poorly.

Wait so PC's low cost with tax breaks. Okay thanks. That helps my argument lol.

Overall I'd say PC is the superior gaming machine, and doesn't cost exponentially more so than a XB1X. If you make a high end one from scratch It will likely cost you more, that much is true. If you merely upgrade, the cost won't be that different. Superior product is at a higher point. Duh!

We can both agree with that right?

Microsoft has covered multiple segments i.e. X1X is for market segments that Windows PC gaming doesn't cover e.g.

1. if a developer wanted strong DRM protections from Microsoft's platform, Xbox One/UWP would be the option. Microsoft is currently working on this issue for Windows PC.

2. outside the tax structure that permits tax offsets and has some cost sensitivity.

3. customers wanted "white goods test" characteristics. Microsoft is currently working on this issue for Windows PC. Phil Spencer want Xbox dash board and Xbox Store on Windows PC i.e. Windows store is not good enough.

4. The real reason for APU is for cost cutting measures e.g. reduce assembly cost.

Why not settle on X1S?

1. It doesn't have the future HDMI 2.1 i.e. it's obsolete on the HDMI 2.0 front. Both MS and Sony boxes needs HDMI 2.1 updates soon. I expect PS4 Pro with updates for HDMI 2.1 e.g. PS4 Pro Slim or executes NEO Option B.

2. None of my desktop DX12 dGPUs are slower than Radeon HD 7950-900. I have negative remarks on XBO and I not going to buy XBO S.

Look how many PS4 fan girls are all of a sudden PC gamers. Isn't this cute?

First off we race to PC build sites and build illogical mock-ups of PS4 Pro and Xbox One X type PC and then make BS statements.

99% of 4K computer monitors don't even have HDR. This is the first year PC 4k monitors are selling with HDRand very few actually have it.

Xbox One X is the equivalent of a $1200 PC according to DF. That is if you want all the features available on the Xbox One X. Hence it is considered a high end PC. The PS4 Pro is the equivalent of a 5 year old PC that is middle of the road.

Most PC gamers do not have a rig more powerful then the Xbox One X right now. So enjoy. And have fun with your pie charts.
