Forza Motorsport 4 Official Hype Thread (8.5 GS Review - KEEP IT HERE)

I wonder if racing using Kinect will be like Kinect Joy Ride you can essentially just stand and do nothing, and the car will drive itself? :roll: Hopefully they won't merge controller and Kinect lobbies, since I don't want to be stuck racing with someone when they are actually trying, since there's such a major delay between input and action that will likely be very aggravating for both parties.

Box art and screens are pretty though.

My xbox and ps3 have been collecting dust the last while, but I think when Forza4, Gears3 and Uncharted3 come out ill be right back on em :P

Nice comparison up there man, the lightning seems more reallistic now! Let´s not forget that it went from 8 cars to 16 cars on track :)

When will this be released? so I can finally dust off my 360 and return Forza 3 to its cover after over 9 months xD this the only thing which prevents me from selling my 360 damn you MS if you only let your console support some decent and easy to find driving wheel Forza might have been my favorit racing game.

Yeah, that was something I'd hoped they would implement for Forza 3. Happy to see it will be featured in Forza 4. :D

The interior looks much better now; the view is further back, the lighting and shadows are far more realistic, though the grass seems to be even more of a radioactive green than in Forza 3 and seems to have lost detail if anything. I guess they had to sacrifice something to get 16 cars on track. Also i would like to see something that suggests there is actually a windscreen, even just some dirt or reflections of the dash would be good.

It's 'cause of EA owning the rights to it, and what's so special 'bout Porsche's anyway, they're just clumsy little cars with the engine in the wrong place (besides the cerrera gt).

Pretty sure GT5 only had some GT4 RUF ports, and I don't recall GT3 having any porches, just RUF's as well.

Porsche seems to be quite the exclusive, dunno why they went with the garbage nsf:shift, guess ea was just willing to pay more.

First off, as of now the no porsche thing is pure speculation. We heard the same rumors before FM3 was released.

If it was so much "Better" then it wouldnt have scored only .5 higher than a Demo.

It's true that most "gamers" don't like realistic racing games because there's not enough guns and explosions, but for those of us who enjoy the sport of racing and love the feeling of nailing a perfect line through the corkscrew, or flying around the carousel doing 100mph there's no other game coming out this year that even compares to Forza.daviwinn
