I voted 1080p/30fps because anything under 1080p is eye melting. What i'd like to see is settings being lowered instead of the resolution. For example, campaign of X game runs at High/1080p/30fps on consoles. When doing pvp, you have an option to choose the "pvp 60fps", settings are lowered to Medium (or even lower if needed)/1080p/60fps. That is what i want to see, not a fking resolution decrease... I prefer seeing sharp ugly textures than blurry af environment with a bunch of jaggies and shimmering.
For most games, I generally prefer a higher res over framerate. That's why I'm happy that Gears 4 will be 1080p/30fps.
Depends on the game, any fps/fighting/fast pace action game I would most likely rather play on 60fps than on higher resolution

Makes no difference to me. The claims of games like Assassin's Creed being the same at 30fps are bogus. Uncharted remastered felt and played a lot better than the original versions mainly due to the higher frame rate. 60fps is always A LOT better than 30fps which is barely above what something needs to look animated/in motion.

My point was that it's impact on gameplay is much higher on the type of games I mentioned
