Franchises that should just give up already!

Here are mine: Dragon Ball- Milked far worse than Guitar Hero (including games that are exclusive to Japan). Naruto- Milked worse than Guitar Hero. I'm pretty much done after the Shippuden Wii game comes out (the only reason I'm getting that is because I'm wondering on how CoN improves with this new title, even though the Shippuden anime flopped) The Sims- With all the MySims after MySims Kingdom and Sims 3. It's been "ugh" Zelda- After Twilight Princess (not counting Phantom Hourglass), the series has gone down. Now Nintendo announces a new one, even after that flop three years ago? Until I see something improved. I'm done after Spirit Tracks.nintendoboy16

A 9.5 average on metacritic means a game is bad? GS just gave it a ridiculous review, that's all.

Then MGS4 is just as bad. Halo ODSt and Reach is a fanservice and more people who read the books, respectivly.

For me TP wasn't a Flop. I loved it!You know Zelda must be extremely awesome ifa flop is 8.9 lol...BTW...don't worry. They are changing the series so you may see something improved so don't count it out yet!

sonic3d games-just make him 2d, or try unleashed again without the wolf.

crash bandicoot-....poor crash,i think he might be worse then sonic :cry:

mario party game-they are getting to far now, unless mario party 9 includes online i say kill it.

lego games-imo, the are the same freaking game over and over again.(i did like lego batman)

the wii games-the wiiplay, wiimusic ect, they are a game when you play them and think well this would make a great star fox game or well this a great donkey kong game, it gets me mad to think that instead of making thoes games they are making this crap.

and for the love of god PIKMIN 3

I had so much hype for Twilight Princess, but when I played it. That flopped hard, and I found Star Fox Adventures a way better adventure title.

You comment and laugh about these lems playing the sales game again yet because of this I won't be able to play Valkyria Chonicles 2 on PS3 will I? No I won't because it didn't sell well enough. Because of that its going to PSP.

Kojima didn't have everything planned. Just look at Peace Walker, he was originally just going to be a consultant and many other games were not planned from the start either. Not saying there is anything wrong with the MGS games, I do like them. Also the first thing you said goes exactly for Halo.

Well, daddy needs to die, he's getting old and useless, and in this industry that means it needs to die. The 2d versions anyways. If they decide to do more Halo's after Halo: Reach, then I will agree that it needs to stop (ODST is milking it a bit as it is), but I would really like to play through Reach, and I've only read about 10 pages of that book, should be awesome if they pull it off well, which they can do. Zelda is still fine, there's some milking going on with it, but overall it still has a lot of life left in it.

Need4Speed, Fifa, PES, etc

They should at least work a bit more on their games. 1 game per year rarely os worth it

None, they can all be redeemed. ;)

GTA: Nothing ever seems to change

Sims: Overatted to many spinoffs

3D Sonic games: 2D fine but 3D no way

Crash Bandicoot: The series when downhill after Crash Team Racing

Spyro:Spyro 1,2 and 3 were great the others just awful.
