^This. With a score like that, they've completely lost all credibility.
Ratings are just numbers, what really counts is what the reviewer said about the game. Still 21/20 is stupid, hell a 20 point scale is just stupid in the first place.
Considering the French language is like the reverse of English (they don't say 'the red apple' they say ' the apple red'...) what they probably mean is '12'/20...
