Funniest game this gen!?

Mm, not sure if I laugh much in SP games. I laugh in multiplayer games where random and unexpected things can happen. I guess my answer would be Team Fortress 2 and Halo 3.

This may sound strange , but I think it is Heavy Rain. There were some really unexpected moments and dialogue choices that made me physicallysmile or chuckle on the inside. It just worked really well.

All I can think of right now is Mass Effect 2. Listening to the bachelor party was hilarious, and I nearly wet myself when Mordin sang.

House of Dead Overkill. So many Immature laughs.

Just Cause 2 is shaping up to be one of them. Insane over-the-top fun. :)

Ratchet future crack in time and Borderlands both made me laugh a lot, then again I (despite lovving comedy movies) don t play too many funny games :(

Ratchet & Clank has its moments. I'm not a fan of Pixar movies, but when it's only a short fragment, like a cutscene, it works for me.

Deadly Premonition, from what I've seen in videos is pretty hilarious if you can appreciate the humor.

And Just Cause 2, judging by the demo is pretty fun - both the insane stunts, the crazy setting and the psychopathic insights of the protagonist, taken straight out of a B movie and applied with hilarity ...

I see no love for Sam & Max...thats just a sad commentary on games today.

Conkers bad fur day-N64, so crude but well put together, and some of the songs were hilarious

Oh yeah! Almost forgot about it. Payed it through a couple times at my friends house and even the second time around it was pretty funny.

Fallout 3 had me laughing my ass off a few times. Disgaea 3 and GTA4 did too though.

This is a little obvious, but UC2 made me LOL and WOW all the way through like a hollywood blockbuster. The quality of the voice acting really helped. "Yeah good luck with that buddy, it's almost impossible to- oh wait you did it" (it sounds much better ingame) :P The MP also makes me lol a whole lot. Once we were at the last round of a survival co-op and both my teamates died. I managed to kill off all the rest of the soldiers after a long and bloody battle, only to get pwned by the last sniper I haven't seen while gathering ammo. (if you didn't play the game, they 1hko you. but it takes a while for them to lock on to you) :shock: :lol: I'm sure they are other funnier game out there, but UC2 feels extremely organic, natural and accessible. A game like Deadly Premonition requires you to be hardcore and able to understand the references to understand it, while UC2 had a great package.
