Persona 4 was pretty damn funny.

Fallout 3 had me in tears a couple times. Borderlands, Bad Company, and Brutal Legend all had good laughs too, though.

The funniest games I've played are The Mario & Luigi series.

I don't think any other game has made me laugh out loud (quite loudly) as much as Dead Rising and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero.

Conker's Bad Fur day was REALLY funneh.

Not much games is clicking in my head right now but Portal is probably my funniest game.

Metal Gear Solid, there were some smart encounters that made me giggle, physco mantis is a good example

Star wars battlefront with a freind was funny, the jedi AI was so horendrous shooting the ground with an explosive next to his feet and watching him fall of the platforms in the sky city level was hillarious

funniest game has to go to Crash Bash on ps1, 4 player on that game was complete madness, me and brothers played that game day and night, the polarbear battles, the racing, the tank wars, Crash Bash was just epic!

The NOLF games had hilarious dialogs.

GTA IV's TV shows are bloody hilarious.

Oblivion and Saints Row 1/2, the AI and glitches are probably the best aspects of both, purely because they're so random and unpredictable. Though the guards in Assassins Creed 2 are pretty funny, especially using courtesans to group them together, then poisoning one of them.

I actually was thinking about getting Mario and Luigi RPG, but if the humor is equal to the horrible humor of paper mario, I won't get it, to annoying.

Anyway, the funniest game IMO is Disgaea 1, the Prism Rangers alone make it the funniest game ever made ^^

Portal had me grinning most of the way through it and Im Still Alive was just awesome :D great game.

Ps2/Xbox version of a Bard's Tale:despite a classic dungeon-crawler being dumbed down into a mediocre Diablo clone,it's redeeming quality was it was a very humorous self-aware satire of the WRPG genre.

No GFX kings, shooter kings or any of that other nonesense. Simply what is the funniest game you have ever played and why.

For me it was Conkers Bad Fur Day; I loved the parodies, mature humor and the gore was done in that funny over the top cartoony way. It had top notch gameplay too. I had my fair share of laughs playing that game and would do so again.

Disgaea 3. Mao oozes out humor with every line, and Rasberyl's VA did a great job too. Disgaea: Hour of Darkness is hilarious too but it balanced out more with serious themes. So Disgaea 3: Abstinence of Justice wins in being purely non-stop comedy.
