its functional, but after playing both, i really do feel that xbl is better. i just find the blade system and cross game invites extremely easy to use. though, i will admit my PSN experience is still extremely limited compared to my xbl experience.

I'm very mad at M$ for over pricing the adapter. It just a normal adapter but it's the ONLY one that would work for the 360! My little brother guy Xbox Live and he sits next to me when I'm on my PC yelling the dumbest stuff. He plays the custom Halo zombie games a lot yelling "Zombie ! Ah! Save me!" And we are very broke right now because father is going back to school and we're living off student loans. Screw you M$.Nerkcon

You probably shouldn't have invested in a console yet or should have got a PS3. Don't blame MS. Research or think factors like that through before you buy something. Simple logic is all that it takes.

Yes, it is true that the ps3 does cost more than the 360 (not the elite though), but, you get much more with what you pay.

An 80 gb at the cost of $400 ps3 comes with:

• Blu-ray
• Dualshock 3 Wireless Rechargable Controller (with usb to charge it)
• Free PSN membership, which offers home
• Built in Wi-Fi
• Composite Cables
• 80 GB of storage for games, media, and things you download.

A 60 GB Xbox 360 at the cost of $300 comes with:

• Xbox 360 wireless controller which runs on batteries
• Xbox live membership, which offers avatars (first month free)
• Composite/Component Cables
• 60 GB of storage for games, media, and things you download.

As you can see, the ps3 comes with more things than the 360. These extra things for the 360 include:

• A wireless networking adapter ($100)
• Play and Charge kit ($20)
• HD DVD Drive ($200) (to match up to blu-ray)
• To play Online, Xbox Live ($50/1 year)

So if the Price of a ps3 80gb is $400 + component cables, it comes out to $420.

If the price of a xbox 60 gb is $300 + wireless adapter + play and charge kit + hd dvd drive, it comes out to $620! And if you play your xbox online for maybe...4 more years? Thats $820 dollars in total with 20 less GB of storage!!

You simply get what you pay for if you buy the ps3.

Your right, you get a better console with the PS3 that offer more features, however most of these features have NOTHING to do with gaming, blu-ray,, home none of these add much value to a gamer currently. Xbox still has the better games and is doing more then Sony to secure big exclusives, timed exclusive and quality 3rd party titiles, where as Sony is doing much less. And since SW wars is about the games and not your silly extra features the PS3 is in last place, and that is not even debatable.

The only thing I'll give Sony credit for with the PS3 is the built in wi-fi. That blu-ray drive is a joke and makes PS3 owners install big chunks of files for games which will end up filling your HDD and making you buy another one.
