G4 fails david jaffe

i was watching the conferences on G4 because the internet was failing, i found out they had New vegas so i stayed to watch, I saw it on TV so i cant find links of the interview but i did find the hands on demo, they had a Twisted metal multiplayer competion hosted by olivia with prizes it was also very very mess up.

it was very bad,

olivia munn shouldnt be a game journalist she should just be in lopez tonight or something, she was trying to be funny but she mess up the interview and piss off jaffe, Jaffe even ask were morgan was he really didnt want to talk to her.

Haha I saw that too, it was priceless after she said some completely unfunny joke and Jaffe just says "where's Morgan" :lol:

Ugh that was awkward as hell. It was like Olivia Munn was doing her best Michael Scott impression or something. Seriously, where was Morgan Webb?

Geez Olivia is just full of fail. She is rather annoying and I just saw that interview and she had no interest in the game whatsoever, she basically just made random comments and interrupted Jaffe everytime he was talking about the game. It should have been Morgan Webb up there with Adam.

Olivia Munn is a beautiful woman, in the wrong industry, seriously, she knows not one piece of information of games, I understand she is alright on AOTS, but they really shouldn't bring her to these gaming events, it is dreadful.

I think she knows about games but doesn't know a thing about interviewing and journalism in general. I mean, the guy is explaining the game to you, why are you looking at gears of war 3? regardless of what she said say he saw it.

First of all, you have all taken the whole "where is morgan" thing has been taken completely out of context. Olivia was looking at something, Jaffe asked what she was looking at, Munn said she was adminiring how good Morgan Webb looks and Jaffe asked where she was? However, you all presented it as Munn making a joke, failing, at Jaffe being so embarassed he wants Webb there interviewing him.

Second, how has munn failed? She clearly has a friendly relationship with Jaffe and they even reference a joking-around conversation they were having before the interview which that other guy wasn't even part of.

Further, Munn dominated the interview while the other guy pretty much sat there twiddling his thumbs.

As for the whole "having no talent" thing...you guys ARE aware that Munn recently joined the cast of the Daily Show? Or does John Stewart only hire "fail"? And she is starring in a TV show coming up this fall? Or she dominated the Fallon show when she was on recently (youtube it). If that is fail, then I wish I couldfail half as hard as she does.

I remember G4 also had that show long ago, with those two guys, Tommy Valerico (something like that) and another guy (Vinny? Can't remember his name), and I thought they were pretty cool- pretty much the closest we had to an Ebert and Siskel of gaming lol.

Anyway to the other dude. It seems like the interview had a few portions edited out as there were different parts I heard. The video shown on this thread was a tad kind to say the least it was clear g4 edited it.
