Game series with the worst fanbase?

One franchise comes to mind with me, but I have similar issues with a fanbase of a company and a community of a genre... those three things I'm a fan of. :(

that one of the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Blind loyalty to a game devlooper is just as bad as blind loyalty to a piece of plastic. If a game sucks don't freaking buy it and support everything that is wrong with a game. If you support it then the devloper sees nothing wrong with thte game and keep making the same mistakes in the future.... unless you ment don't pirate the game, in which case derp, sorry :P

The Demon/Dark Souls fans are the worst. We get it, you like challenging games. Now STFU and quit insulting everyone that doesn't like it or hasn't tried it yet. Now if they literally re-released D2 and just upped the graphics and slapped a 3 on it, they would complain about that.

No 3 was terrible. I stopped playing it after 4 hours simply because it was so dull. Too much emphasis on a cheeseball story, bad pacing for the loot drops and a poor leveling system do not make for a good action RPG. Real Diablo II fans will be best served by Torchlight II as that series is being developed by the team that actually made Diablo II. Forget III, it's a pile of crap.

Seriously the PS3 community is far more civil and mature on average than the 360 community. Which makes sense because the 360 is made for kids and teens and PS3 is made for adults.
