MGS4 never stood a chance to be voted GOTY. As soon as kids got back from school, Brawl was gone.

Its not something that should be suprising seeing as how Brawl is the more popular game and it has more critical acclaim as far as reviews go. At the end of the day its just opinion anyways.

I only looked at GR's data. Why you are including things outside of their data I don't know. As for Meta Critic I did not know that as I never go there but thanks for the correction.

Bottom line is with games being that close but one being a lot more popular and seeing as how there are so many more Wii owners. Why are you suprised?
