I logged into Chromehounds (weak seller, 2006) and I immediately found 3 multiplayer rooms to join.
I log into DoA4 and there are still plenty of games being played.
I log into Perfect Dark Zero and guess what? Still games waiting to be joined.
Those communities are all seemingly more active than UT3. And that's a real shame. There's nothing wrong with UT3, per se....it just feels stale.

The only games I've ever had trouble finding people to play with on Live are less popular XBL titles (Bliss Island, for instance). Pretty much everything else you can always find some people to play with, at least in my experience.
