Was Jeff stoned when he rated THPS3 10, after rating OoT 10?

the thing is that THPS2 got a 9.9 on the dreamcast, and then THPS3 blew that game out of the water in every conceivable way, so where do you go? It's one of the big problems with the idea of a number, fraction review system like everyone uses.

Thats not a very good indicative of how good games are, I mean THpro skater 2 got a 10, but it wasnt better than games like GOW2, it depends on the time it was released, a game with a 80 now for ps3 would get a worse score after 3 years of ps3 games
I still don't understand why the Tony Hawk games got a perfect score....they weren't all that great....and just to add this in the idea of games with a perfect score really don't make sense. Every game is going to have some kind of a flaw or missing feature.
