Singularity, it was amazing yet it only sold 35,000 copies and had like no marketing. It was miles ahead of Bioshock 2, and had a very great introduction and ending.

Alpha Protocol, yeah it was flawed, but as an RPG it was amazing and I'm pining for a sequel.

The Darkness, an amazing title with a great story overshadowed by bigger hits that year.

Condemned series obviously deserves more love from horror fans, the first was genuinely terrifying at times and the second game's first half is scarier then anything from Dead Space or the FEAR games.

Spec Ops: The Line also could use a little more love, the story is fantastic and it just needs a little more "oomph" to the gameplay.

Also Timeshift, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, Heavenly Sword, Shadows of the Damned, No More Heroes, Stranglehold and Modnation racers all need some more love.
