I'd love to see a new Oddworld installment myself, but reportedly that's already happening.

Deadly Creatures also screams for a sequel. It has great potential, but falls short in terms of polish. That, and the concept still allows for a lot of creativity (underwater setting, rainforest?).

Mafia II: The ending was unsatisfying but I think that's part of Mafia III.

Assassin's Creed 2: That'd be great since you sure will play as Desmond Miles, a modern-day assassin.

Resident Evil 5: Needs RE6!! But not a ripped off one.

Virtual On, I want a new one nao! :cry:

Most games are better off without a sequel. Except for maybe Bayonetta.
