anyway i'll admit I didn't see Jade Empire's plot twist coming, all this time you master taught you to be the ultimate warrior so he could kill you when the time was right by doing a set of "key movements"

Wth? its been a while since i've played but im pretty sure you find that out on the first mission with the games best character (Nihlus).

Recently, il go with Detective Adachi being partly behind the fog murders. I did not see this coming in the slightest. At first i thought it was King Moron right the way through till he died and then i suspected it was Dojima. I love mystery games. There needs to be more this gen.

Here's a few about dragon age, even though there's a spoilers thing in the title I shall still use tags.

[spoiler] Wynne is dead per say, a spirit is keeping her alive, morrigan wants your baby to capture the essence of the arch demon since it won't actually kill a baby (the essence), Morrigans mother can turn into a dragon, shale is actually a dwarf woman. [/spoiler]

Definately, except Star Control II is alot better. Nice to know theres other fans out there. First time i've seen the game mentioned it 4 years (besides me).

In Infamous, when Kessler turns out to be Cole from an alternate future. I had already been spoiled it, and it was hinted through the game, but it was still pretty cool.

[spoiler] Shale is from the stone prison DLC, get the rod from the merchant guy and you can go there if you have it, shale is a rock golem, but it's actually a dwarf woman, she was the first golem that paragon created, you can find out the stuff about wynne by just talking to her at camp, events will unfold after and she will tell you her story, and about morrigans mother, in the mage tower there is an item called the black grimoire, you can look around for it but I believe it's in Irvings office, you give that to morrigan and you basically find out how her mother has been living for so long and etc, but do it for yourself it's more interesting, I will just give you the guide line to start it off :P, basically I found all of it but exploring and doing dialogues [/spoiler]

Assassin's Creed's 2 entire ending. Can't really class it as a twist as it was hinted at throughout the game what was going on, but I didn't expect it to be quite as "wtf" as it was. I actually loved it though.

Even though I played BioShock before it, SS2 had a pretty big WTF plot twist in the way it was executed. Deus Ex was crazy too, when you find out that... [spoiler] Your brother works for the NSF, and that the virus is man-made [/spoiler]

in Mass Effect, a Sci-Fi game, the betrayal is a sci fi twist.

In Uncharted, a realistic pulp action game, there's a Supernatural twist. That's the point I was trying to make :P

Come on, i saw that shepard was going to betray from the beginning of the game. Every time i saw him i thought, "He's gonna kill me soon". I agree with who said AC2, it was a good ending, but i think more of a cliffhanger then the first one. Bioshock as well.

Also, just 4 laffs, Uncharted 2, Drake is scared by clowns... and Sully's mustache. Well, sorta.

inFAMOUS: Kessler really turns out to be Cole from the future. That was a huge OMFG moment. Also when Trish dies, that's a major plot twist.

Modern Warfare 2: I would've never thought that General Sheperd was going to betray me. That was a major shocker.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves: Harry Flynn betrays Nate. The Cintimanti stone is actuall sap from the tree of life.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Miller is really Liquid Snake. Liquid and Solid Snake are brothers. Naomi infected Snake with FoxDie which is what killed Decoy Octopus and DARPA Chief. The cyborg ninja is Gray Fox. Gray Fox is Naomi's brother.

Sons of Liberty: Solidus is Liquid and Solid's brother. Revolver Ocelot is a spy for The Patriots.The Big Shell Incident is actually an experiment created by The Patriots and that they planned everything, even the Tanker Incident, from the get go. The Colnel, is actually an AI. Rosemary works for The Patriots. Pliskin is Solid Snake. :) Just kidding, I think that everybody saw that coming. It's not a plot twist but I found it hilarious and somewhat awkward when Otacon revealed that he had a sexual encounter with Emma's mother.

Snake Eater: EVA is a spy sent by China. The Boss is actually working for America and is undercover andshe spent her final mission as a spy to help Naked Snake defeat Volgin and recover The Philosopher's Legacy, and eventually killing her. Revolver Ocelot was really ADAM, preteding to be a KGB spy acting posing as a member of GRU and Volgin's forces. This is off topic, but if you don't feel, at least a little emotional at the ending, you have no heart.

Guns of the Patriots: EVA is Snake's mother. Naomi betrays Philanthropy. Naomi dies. Liquid Ocelot is actually Revolver Ocelot pretending to be Liquid so Snake can complete his final mission and destroy The Patriots. Drebin was sent by The Patriots to secretely help Otacon and Snake. Big Boss is alive.----------

Deus Ex- finding out that UNATCO was a front for MJ12 and you realize that you´ve been working for the terrorists all along...

KOTOR- finding out that you were once the dark lord,Revan.(although I suspected as much...)

Bioshock-Finding out that the phrase "would you kindly" was a key phrase to control you...

Starcraft-I was surprised that at the end of Brood war,basically Kerrigan won..(a once human soldier then made into a Zerg leader with the control of all the broods and the Cerebrates)
