Oblivion, I wanted to see how it ended.
Assassin's Creed, to justify me spending 60 bones for it.
Devil May Cry 4, wanted to see the ending.

I may as well be the only one who enjoyed Oblivion and the story :P
Na I liked Oblivion too
I guess people just thought it was too casual compared to Morrowind.
IMHO ES:ii daggerfall>Oblivion>Morrwind>Arena
For their time Arena would be second but now u can't "modernerize" the controls so it feels akward. But morrwind fans need to give it a rest Morrwind is dumbed down when compared too ES:II and to boot its has bad combat IMO. ES:IV on the other hand changed the genre basically its more like a action/adv rather then a rpg so I actually found it fun and at least the close combat was fun.
I didnt know hack and slash gameplay was changing the genre and "fun"...
Seriously, almost everything in oblivion was dumbed-down and just bad. Reused textures everwhere (bland much? took me 5 mods to get it anywhere near how i was hoping it'd look), horrific level-scaling, THE SAME 5 VOICE ACTORS FOR EVERY PERSON...lemme stop now...i just hate that game so much...I could go on forever...
Here's to hoping ES:5 learns something and has good qualities from morrowind and oblivion.
