I'm not too far off with Rocksmith 2014 and i've not had it long, especially if the DLC goes on the steam sales.

At this point I've stopped counting, because I don't see games as a relative investment based on an hour-to-money ratio. There are probably 25-30 games within the past 10 years I've played for more than 100 hours, and there are plenty more that I've played for 5-25 that I've been glad to spend $60 on.

It's pretty interesting to note that almost all games listed are Nintendo or PC exclusives.

Hey there Ghost, I downloaded monster hunter freedom unite for my vita. The problem is I hear its a very hard game. Did you have any difficulty issues?

I am just gonna go based on my steam profile stats, and not factor in other games that aren't on it.

Empire Total War: 432hrs

Chivalry Medieval Warfare: 242hrs

XCOM EU: 121hrs

Those are the only official stats I have for games over 100. My Skyrim time is at about 70hrs, and I am sure I put at least 100+ hrs into Medieval 2, but that's not linked to my steam profile.

Oh yeah, and Super Smash Bros Melee. I am 100% certain I put in more than 100hrs into that.

There's a couple multiplayer games I've put 100+ hours into (mostly counterstrike), but if we're looking at non-multiplayer (or at least not ENTIRELY multiplayer), then... All three Diablos, Starcraft 1 and 2, Warcraft 1, 2 and 3, Path of Exile, the early Pokemon games (like, just the originals plus Gold/Silver), Dark Souls, Half Life 2, STALKER, and.. umm... Maybe Crysis? I might have got near the 100 hour mark with my regular replays.

It's not that tough.Just follow these four rules and you will do okay.

1. Be prepared -especially in the online monster hunter games because no one likes a potion beggar. Also it's no fun wasting time quitting a quest to get something you forgot to bring.
2. Take your time - Monster hunter is not a hack and slash game. If you play it like one you will get hit a lot.
3. Do all the weapon training- to find out your style of play. Plus it's better to be decent in all types of weapons because using certain weapons on certain monsters can make the fight easier.(ie gravios and water bowgun)
4. Make use of shock traps and large barrel bombs- the use of this and sleep bombing can shave off 10-12 minutes of the time it takes to kill a monster, making it even less likely to die in a long drawn out fight.

Probably should add NBA 2k14 as well. I've played at least 100 games with friends now and they were all at least an hour. I may have only lost 10 of them playing with Golden State (oh so good) most of the time.
